Topzee Return and Exchange Policy
At Topzee, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition, including all accessories (such as cords, manuals, etc.), and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) from Topzee is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@topzee.com within 30 days of receiving your item. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending the product back.
Exchange Eligibility
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we offer exchanges within the same 30-day period, as long as the item is in its original, unused condition with all accessories and packaging. To initiate an exchange:

Contact Topzee Support: Please reach out to us at info@topzee.com within 30 days of receiving your item, indicating the reason for the exchange and specifying the replacement item you'd like.

Return and Exchange Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will ship out the replacement item. If the exchange is due to a product defect, incorrect item, or other issues on our part, Topzee will cover the shipping costs. If the exchange is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return and Exchange Shipping Fees

Returns Due to Personal Preference: If you're returning a product because you changed your mind or no longer want it (no defects or issues), the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Due to Product Issues: If you're returning a product because it's defective, damaged, or if we sent the wrong item, Topzee will cover both the return shipping and any shipping fees for a replacement item.

Exchanges Due to Personal Preference: If the exchange is for personal preference reasons (such as a different size or color), the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Topzee will cover the cost of sending the new item to you.

Exchanges Due to Product Issues: If the exchange is due to a defect or an incorrect item being shipped, Topzee will cover both the return shipping and the cost of sending you the replacement item.

Purchases from Authorized Resellers
For items purchased through authorized resellers (such as Amazon or Walmart), please follow the return and exchange policies of the respective reseller. Topzee does not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through third-party resellers.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@topzee.com. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement if necessary. Please note that we do not issue refunds for lost items, but a replacement will be sent after verification.
Return Packaging
All items must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories (such as manuals, cords, and chargers). Please ensure the prepaid return label is securely attached to the outside of the package before shipping.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@topzee.com.
Exceptions
- Items showing signs of excessive use, wear, or intentional damage are not eligible for return or refund.
- Custom or Personalized Items: These items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
- Opened or Used Hygiene Products: For health and safety reasons, items such as personal care products, cosmetics, and health-related items cannot be returned once opened or used.
